8 things to know about The Stream

1. Where it lives: The Stream platform exists directly inside the LessonStream website. Just look for the little green button (you can see it at the top of this page).

2. Who it's for: The Stream community consists of LessonStream members, course participants and other LessonStreamers.

3. What people do there: Discuss LessonStream courses and lesson plans, ask questions, share ideas and make new friends.

4. Getting involved: Not everyone posts or comments, and that’s fine. Many members simply like reading along and feeling part of the community.

5. Live meet-ups: Some of the best community moments happen during our webinars, online workshops and meet-ups. These are chances to learn together and put faces to names.

6. Weekly teaching ideas: Most weeks, I share a short story-based activity.

7. The weekly newsletter: Once a week, you get The Stream Post to help you catch up with anything you missed.

8. Guest webinars: Every term, we welcome in a new guest – always someone with ideas to share.
